About the event

Join us for a hands-on nature-inspired experience for all the family! We have lots of exciting things to do, including:

Journey on our nature trail, find the animals and answer a series of questions...you never know, you might just win a 'treasure' (a small prize for each child who completed the challenge).

Become an expert tracker! Discover the tracks that different animals make, then have a go at making your own. You'll soon be following animal trails along woodland paths and having amazing adventures in the natural world.

Come and listen to Andy, our local storyteller, who'll tell you tales of animals and perhaps even the naughty fairy-folk who live in the hills around Llyn Brenig. Bring a picnic, we've got plenty of benches!

Nature has so much to offer! So why not come along to the NWWT Osprey Lookout? You'll see and learn all about our amazing ospreys and the other wonderful wildlife that we have around the lake.
