About the event

Pack your lunch and get your boots on for a day of woodland fun! There's something for everyone so bring the family along and experience the magic of the great outdoors at Llyn Parc Mawr on Anglesey. 

The event will start at 11am but the programme of activities will repeat from 1pm so feel free to drop in throughout the day - you won't be missing out! Activities are likely to include bug hunting, bush craft skills, woodland crafts and guided nature walks. 

This event is being organised and hosted by our amazing young conservation trainees, in partnership with Llyn Parc Mawr Community Woodland. For two weeks, they have been busy learning all about conservation, climate change and practical methods of managing our ecosystems to protect wildlife on Ynys Mon. So come along on their final day of the course to celebrate with us whilst having a lot of fun!

The event organiser speaks fluent Welsh, however not all of our trainees who are running the day will. If you prefer to speak Welsh just ask and someone can be found.
