About the event

An opportunity for some bird watching and hopefully catching views of the osprey chicks before they leave our shores. This is an exciting opportunity to see the birds flying and learning some of the skills they need to start their lonely migration to the wintering grounds. On hand will be two members of the Llyn Brenig Osprey Project to answer all your questions and explain what you are looking at. We will provide a spotting scope and binoculars but please feel free to bring your own.

Please dress according to the weather it can be windy and wet but walking boots/wellies and a waterproof coat will help keep the weather away.  Please consider bringing insect repellent as you will be walking close to the lake.

While you're here, why not discover the incredible world of ospreys at Llyn Brenig’s Osprey Exhibition, now reopened after a makeover? Developed in partnership with North Wales Wildlife Trust, this exhibition is located in the visitor centre and offers a unique opportunity to learn about the history of the Brenig Osprey Project.
