About the event

We’re bringing back Survey Saturday!

If you’re out on beaches with dogs, family or even just by yourself, why not take a note of what's been washed up? Whether you've spotted something in a rockpool and wanted to know what it was, or you simply want an excuse to regularly venture outdoors to record our amazing marine species, then this is for you! This training is only available for those aged 16+.

Depending on which beach we’re on, you’ll be introduced to how to identify and where to record strandline species (including shark eggs), beach litter (including nurdles) and intertidal rocky shore species.

Come along to learn more about the various Citizen Science surveys you can do with us or on your own.

The event organiser speaks conversational Welsh, please feel free to use Welsh or English during this event.
