About the event

Our Scientific Engagement Officer, Helen will be leading a series of sessions where we will explore nature on this fabulous reserve. Each session will be a mix of activities such as looking for and identifying birds, plants, trees, freshwater and terrestrial invertebrates, carrying out citizen science, guided walks, environmental surveys, nature arts and crafts.

These sessions have been designed to encourage an appreciation for, and connection to, nature for positive mental health and to promote a deeper care for the environment.
