Discover Bangor wildlife
Location:
North Wales Wildlife Trust - Bangor office, Llys Garth, Garth Road, Bangor, Gwynedd, LL57 2RT
Hanging oak woodlands, interesting grasslands and winter seabirds can all be found in and around Bangor – discover where!
About the event
Meet at Llys Garth, our NWWT office in Bangor, and have a coffee whilst admiring our lovely wildlife garden. We will then walk towards the pier and up to the Roman camp where there are views over to Snowdonia and across the Menai Strait. The ancient woodlands and grasslands around the Roman camp are great for biodiversity and we'll also look for wildfowl and wading birds from Bangor pier.
The event organiser speaks conversational Welsh, please feel free to use Welsh or English during this event.
