North Wales Wildlife Trust is proud to be joining over 200 charities across the country to celebrate all the amazing individuals who support their vital services by leaving a gift to charity in their Will.

Remember A Charity Week (5th to 11th September)

Did you know 22% of North Wales Wildlife Trust’s voluntary income comes from gifts in Wills? These legacies are hugely important in funding the work at North Wales Wildlife Trust and are already do wonderful things. In recent years, such gifts have helped North Wales Wildlife Trust manage nature reserves, protect individual species, save wildlife sites and help schoolchildren make beautiful wildlife gardens – but there is clearly so much more that could be done. So, raising awareness of the importance of these donations and encouraging others to do so is crucial to protect local wildlife and wild places for future generations.

The aim of the week is to highlight that anyone can leave a legacy gift and pass on something wonderful once their loved ones are taken care of.

Every gift in every Will, however large or small, makes a difference to your local wildlife.

In this modern age of complex financial affairs, extended families and increased litigation, making a Will has never been more important. A Will is the only way to ensure that your money, property and possessions go to the people and causes you care about, and to see that your loved ones are looked after when you are no longer here.
