It costs less than 10p a day to join us and our other 10,000 members here in North Wales. Damsels in no distress at Traeth Glaslyn!
A new record of small bluetail (or scarce blue-tailed) damselfly, Ischnura pumilio, was recently made at our Traeth Glaslyn Nature Reserve, near Porthmadog.
Blue jellyfish
Often confused with the larger but similarly shaped lion’s mane jellyfish, the blue jellyfish can be colourless when young and develop a striking blue-purple bell as it matures.
